How I scaled from 5 to 50 Telegram accounts (and went back to 10)

Thought 50 accounts would give me 10x revenue. Gave me 2x revenue and 10x headaches. Here's the short version.

Hired a VA. Bought 45 accounts. Set up automation. Week 1: amazing. Week 2: 30 accounts banned. Week 3: disaster.

Why it failed:

• Bought accounts = banned (96% ban rate)


• 50 messages/day/account = spam flag


• Same templates for everyone = detected


• Lost personal touch

Went back to 10 accounts. Better systems, better targeting, better messaging.

Result: 10 accounts now make $8K/month. 50 accounts made $4K/month.

More accounts ≠ more money. Better systems = more money.
